The Stage of Disbelief in the Twin Flame Journey

I’ve reached the stage of disbelief.

Yes, that one. The part no one really talks about because it doesn’t sound poetic or enlightened. It sounds like confusion. Like exhaustion. Like giving up.

And honestly? That’s exactly how it feels.

The Three Lenses We Live Through

We humans experience life through three lenses—heart, mind, and soul.

The heart feels. The mind questions. The soul knows.

The soul sits quietly, smiling, already aware of all the answers the heart aches for and the mind obsesses over. But the heart and mind? They want more. They need something to hold. Proof. Logic. Reassurance. Conscious understanding.

They live in the 3D—this dense, physical, noisy world full of bills, expectations, jobs, social media, and heartbreaks. But the soul? The soul lives in the 5D.

That higher dimension where love is pure, where time doesn’t exist, where the connection between souls is unbreakable and untouched by ego.

When we’re born, our soul travels with us, moves into this 3D body, and begins its journey. But it never fully leaves the 5D. That connection, that line between dimensions, is always open—but only in silence, stillness, and surrender can we hear it.

The 5D Connection and the Search for the Other Half: The Twin Flame Journey

Some souls—rare ones—begin to remember.

They start to sense there’s someone else out there. Not a soulmate. Not a life partner. But their other half. Their twin flame.

As the heart and mind awaken and begin aligning with the soul, something shifts. The search begins—not out there, but within. And somehow, that inner search points to someone specific in the outer world.

You start dreaming of them.

You meet—in the 5D.

You talk. You walk together. You laugh. You sit in peace.

Here in the physical world, everything starts to feel… off.

The things you used to enjoy feel meaningless. The world starts losing color. You’re not sure if you’re depressed or just… detached. Apathy sneaks in, and you don’t even have the energy to care why.

And then comes the rebellion.

You push back against the very thing that once felt divine. Maybe this whole twin flame idea is just spiritual fantasy. Maybe it’s all trauma bonds, delusion, or wishful thinking.

You start to repel the journey.
Every thought of them irritates you.
Every sign feels like a trick.

And that’s where I am now.

The Gift Hidden in Disbelief: Twin Flame Journey

But deep down—under all the chaos—I’m smiling.

Because I know this is part of the journey too.

This stage of disbelief is not a detour; it’s a checkpoint. A test. A pause for realignment. I don’t have to like it, but I need to live it.

Because you can’t truly believe something unless you’ve doubted it.

Real trust, soul-level trust, only comes after rebellion. Only after everything breaks down can you rebuild your faith from the ground up—and this time, it’s rooted deeper. It’s quieter. Stronger.

So I’m letting myself fall apart a little.
I’m letting the questions come.
I’m letting the anger come.
I’m letting myself not know.

Because I know what’s waiting on the other side.

You Were Always Mine

They’re already yours.

They were always yours.
They never left.

But here’s the truth no one likes to accept:
You’re living in two different bodies, with two different families, two different karmas, two different sets of wounds and lessons and timelines.

You can’t run after them.
They can’t run after you.

You have to live.
Grow.
Fall apart.
Heal.
Repeat.

And when the time is right—when you’ve both done enough, become enough, remembered enough—the universe will bring you back together.

Not with fireworks, but with peace.

And when that moment comes, you’ll laugh. You’ll laugh at how you once doubted it all. How you thought this was a fantasy. How you convinced yourself union was impossible.

Because now you’ll know.

Union doesn’t begin with another person.
It begins with yourself.

And disbelief?

It was just a necessary part of finding your way home.
